As a member, you have access to over 90 group fitness classes at no additional charge! With popular classes like Zumba, Yoga, TRX, Buff Body, Extreme Cycling, Aqua Aerobics, Tai Chi, Balle-Barre, and Pilates, our instructors are dedicated to making your workout fun!

Whether you simply want one session to help learn the basics, or continuous classes to stay motivated and on track, we offer Personal Training at an additional cost. Our Certified personal trainers are available to help you achieve your fitness goals.

With our dedicated Personal Trainers, you will get a plan specifically designed for you along with the support and motivation to keep you on track.

Our certified trainers are experts in exercise physiology, anatomy, training program development exercise application, and fitness assessments. No matter your age or fitness level, our Personal Trainers can help you achieve your fitness goals.
