Cardio Theather

Working on a treadmill is more fun! Plug in your own headphones and choose from six different flat screen TVs to listen to from your treadmill. We make your work out fun and easy.

Wellness Programs

These programs can assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Before you get started on your road to fitness and wellness, find out what direction you need to take.



Women only area

Ladies ZoneOur Ladies Zone is an exclusive area of our facility where women can comfortably work out with confidence. The self-contained area is located in the multi-purpose gym and is a complete private gym consisting of cardio, free-weights, abdominal equipment and a weight circuit designed for women. The Ladies Zone is a great place to work out on your own or with friends, you can even sign up to find a workout buddy!
